Wrapping up a productive week with a medical and dental mission pulled off through the collaboration of the LGU of MoncadaTarlac headed by Hon. Mayor Estelita Aquino and BEAM (Be Effective And Active Moncadenian) a non-governmental organization headed by Engr. Regelio Mina, founded by former Mayor Benny Aquino. This charitable project was also supported by PCSO, Office of the Governor, BM Jessie Aquino, the Municipal Health Office thru Dr. Peter Louie Tamayo, RHU staff and deployed HRH
