“PEPITO” MAINTAINS ITS STRENGTH AS IT CONTINUES TO THREATEN AURORA AND NORTHERN QUEZON.
The center of the eye of Super Typhoon PEPITO was estimated based on all available data including from Daet and Baler Weather Radars at 120 km East Southeast of Baler, Aurora (15.2°N, 122.6°E).
Maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 230 km/h, and central pressure of 935 hPa
