Today, September 8, 2026, employees from different offices and departments of the Municipal Government of Moncada came together for the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 (𝐌𝐒𝐂) 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, held as part of the celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

The workshop gave participants an opportunity to learn how to go beyond numbers, reports, and accomplishments and tell the stories behind the work—the people reached, the challenges overcome, and the changes created through public service.

The participants learned about From Technical Data to Human Impact, Feature Writing, Innovations and Most Significant Change, and Basics of Photography.

More than just learning new skills, the activity encouraged employees to see the value of documenting the real stories and impact of their work in the community.

Because behind every accomplishment is a story, and behind every story is a difference made through public service.
