Guided by this year’s theme, “Rizal: Sa Pagbangon ng mga Mamamayan, Aral at Diwa Mo ang Tunay na Gabay,” we reflect on how Rizal’s timeless wisdom continues to illuminate our path toward unity, resilience, and national progress.
The commemoration featured a solemn wreath-laying ceremony led by LGU Moncada, in coordination with PNP Moncada and BFP Moncada. Adding to the solemnity of the event, Tuklas EMA Season 8 Grand Winners Almira Galzote and Angelo Pascua offered a heartfelt musical tribute to Gat Jose Rizal, reminding us all of the power of art and patriotism.
