The Municipal Agriculture Office assisted the Landbank of the Philippines on the distribution of Cash Cards for the SURE AID Loan Assistance for the Farmers of Moncada under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund of Department of Agriculture.

The loan is amounting to 15,000, payable for 8 years with zero interest. Farmers are also advised to pay at least 1,000 pesos per cropping season.
