Mrs. Editha J. Sumangil formally took her oath of office as the new Punong Barangay of Lapsing, Moncada, Tarlac, following the untimely demise of the late Punong Barangay Larry Estabillo. Subsequently, Mr. Lorenz Myco O. Estabillo was also sworn in after his appointment as a member of the Sangguniang Barangay of the same locality.
Both officials committed to upholding the principles of good governance and prioritizing the welfare and development of their constituents.
Meanwhile, Hon. Mayor Estelita “Lita” M. Aquino encouraged the newly inducted officials to actively engage in the implementation of barangay programs and to demonstrate diligence and cooperation, particularly during the sessions of the Sangguniang Barangay.
