The DSWD Field Office III and LGU Moncada recently held an impactful consultation dialogue with partner beneficiaries, assessing the progress of the Project Lawa at Binhi (Local Adaptation to Water Access and Breaking Insuffciency through Nutritious Harvest for the Impoverish) initiatives. During the discussion, partner beneficiaries shared their personal experiences, highlighting positive impacts of the program have had on their daily lives, together, they have discussed solutions and strategies to sustain long-lasting efforts to pressing issues like water scarcity and food insecurity in the 2026 cycle of the project towards sustainable development and a more resilient community.
