SIGNING OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (JULY 2, 2018)

July 02, 2018 at around 09:00 o’clock in the morning, PCINSP PALMYRA D GUARDAYA, Chief of Police facilitated the signing of Memorandum of Agreement between the Local Government Unit of Moncada, represented by its Local Chief Executive, Honorable Mayor ESTELITA M. AQUINO and the Community Service with Integrity – Intelligence Group (CSI-IG) represented by its president MR. EDWIN VIC G. CAMPOS.

The organization is tasked to undertake community-oriented projects and develop strategic linkages with Non-Government Organizations and People’s Organization and forge a cohesive social partnership for instituting meaningful social development and reform.
