Reicel Arceo Quibuyen took oath before Mayor Lita Aquino as Sta. Lucia East’s new Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer on April 24, 2025, at the Municipal Hall.
Reicel vowed to do her best in upholding the qualities of a good SK Treasurer.
She is also a scholar of the Local Government Unit and will be graduating from college.
