Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-002: Moncada Local Price Coordinating Council (LPCC) Ordinance of 2026

This ordinance institutionalizes a permanent council chaired by the Mayor to monitor the price and supply of basic necessities. It empowers the local government to protect consumers from hoarding and profiteering while establishing mechanisms like the “Timbangan ng Bayan” and consumer complaint desks to ensure fair market practices.
Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-003: Moncada Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Ordinance of 2026

This measure provides local implementation support for the Department of Health’s immunization activities to interrupt measles and rubella transmission. It creates a dedicated Local Task Force to mobilize health workers, manage logistics, and conduct information campaigns to ensure all children in the municipality are protected.

Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-005: Anti-Street Drinking Ordinance of Moncada 2026

To promote public order and road safety, this ordinance bans drinking sessions and the consumption of alcohol in public places like sidewalks, parks, and government facilities. It also holds business establishments accountable if they allow obstructive drinking sessions near their premises and mandates strict enforcement by the local police and barangay officials. It also provides penalties for violations ranging from verbal warnings to fines of 2,500 pesos.
The Ordinances will now be forwarded to the Office of the Mayor for consideration and approval of Mayor RB Aquino.
Resolution No. 2026-12-039
Author and Sponsor: Councilor Michael B. Uycoco.
This resolution authorizes Mayor Ramon Benito M. Aquino to enter into a Deed of Usufruct with the Department of Education (DepEd). This agreement allows public schools to continue occupying municipal-owned lands, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of educational facilities for the benefit of Moncada’s learners.
