Presidential Citation

LOOK | UK Nurse May Parsons from Moncada, Tarlac has received a Presidential Citation from President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. at Malacañan Palace last June 29, 2023. She is also a recipient of George Cross from the late Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of her invaluable duty as the first COVID-19 vaccinator.
