LOOK | Senator-Elect Bam Aquino took his oath before Concepcion, Tarlac Mayor Noel Villanueva Friday morning. The Senator-elect was joined by his family, staff, and local officials in the Province of Tarlac. Moncada Mayor-elect RB Aquino and President Max P. Guillermo of Moncada Polytechnic College (MoPC) also attended the event.
Senator Bam is the principal author of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, officially designated as Republic Act 10931, that institutionalizes free tuition and exemption from other fees in state universities and colleges (SUCs), and local universities and colleges (LUCs) in the Philippines.
Aquino landed on the 2nd spot in the recently concluded midterm elections and garnered the highest number of votes for Senator in Tarlac province.
