In the advent of rapid industrialization and urbanization, non-communicable diseases emerged as one of the leading causes of mortality and morbidity in today’s generation.
In order to avert these diseases from becoming widespread and prevalent, the Municipal Health Office of Moncada and the Department of Health deem it neccessary to organize a Health Club which will serve as a direct link in the community in advocating for lifestyle modification and disease prevention measures. Through this initiative, the community may become empowered to initiate their own health activities that would improve the overall health condition among the citizens, thereby making it a NON COMMUNICABLE DISEASE FREE Municipality! Leveling up for an NCD Free
