Mayor Estelita M. Aquino met yesterday with the new Provincial Director of TESDA Tarlac, Dir. Benhur Baniqued together with Ms. Maria Lira Reyes, PESO Manager of PESO Tarlac Province. The discussion centered on the operationalization of Moncada Polytechnic College by offering diploma courses and skills development trainings that would serve as building blocks of knowledge and skills leading to bachelor’s degree programs.
The Municipal Government intends to partner with TCLASS of the Provincial Government of Tarlac to initially offer short courses and diploma programs that would complement the current demands of the labor market.
