Moncada is set to make history with the soon-to-rise Moncada Polytechnic College, located in Barangay Camangaan East, and the Moncada Technical Skills and Vocational Training Center in Barangay Rizal.
The Polytechnic College will be the first Local University and College (LUC) in the Province of Tarlac and the first-ever tertiary educational institution in Moncada. It will offer both baccalaureate degree programs and technical and vocational education and training (TVET), designed to be responsive to the educational and livelihood training needs of every Moncadenian.
These initiatives exemplify the administration’s thrust and commitment to long-term progress and inclusive development for Moncada.
