In the 2019 SCHOOLS PRESS CONFERENCE held last September 25,26 and October 10, 11, 12 at Angelina D Jimenez Elementary School in Capas, Tarlac. Different schools particularly from Moncada, Tarlac competed for several awards under different journalism categories. Competently enough, five(5) pupil-representatives under Project EMA v3.0 will be representing the Province of Tarlac in the Regional Schools Press Conference. The names of the pupil-representatives are as follows:

* Elbhen Rhaine Matias* – San Juan Elementary School -1st place- SPORTS WRITING (ENGLISH)

* Ckyle Althea Sabado* – Moncada South Central Elementary School – 1st place- PHOTOJOURNALISM (ENGLISH)

* Jovanny Charlie Magbalot* – Moncada National High School – 2nd place – FEATURE WRITING (ENGLISH)

* Jazmeen Luis* – Moncada Catholic School – 2nd place – COPY READING AND HEADLINE WRITING

* Zayra Mae Bautista* – Moncada South Central Elementary School – 3rd place- PHOTOJOURNALISM (FILIPINO)

This, however, was made possible through the able coaching of their diligent and hardworking mentors aside from the natural talent and skills of the pupils. Congratulations also to the other pupil representatives that won different awards. To this remarkable feat- Kudos to our teachers and pupils alike for their job well done.

Moreover Local Government Unit of Moncada through the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Estelita M. Aquino, received a Plaque of Appreciation for invaluable support extended to the successful conduct of 2019 Schools Press Conference.
