Moncada RHU Receives Medical Supplies from RCNT

The Municipal Government of Moncada led by Hon. Mayor Estelita M. Aquino along with Dr. Mary Ann R. Lopez, Rural Health Physician, representing the Municipal Health Office, has received medical supplies donated by the  Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac

(RCNT) in partnership with the Rotary Club of Jeonju-Poongnam, Korea today, January 7, 2021 in front of Moncada Rural Health Unit I.

As per Mr. Charles M. De Lara, President of RCNT, the donation of these medical supplies aims to help sustain the operation of RHUs in averting the spread of COVID-19 virus. Said medical supplies would also be of great help to the LGU’s frontliners in providing the best health care service to the people amid the health crisis.

The medical supplies given include alcohols, laboratory gowns, goggles, shoe covers, head covers, face shields, surgical masks, N95 masks, cover all personal protective equipment (PPE), oxygen tank, alcohol dispenser, thermal scanner, nebulizer with nebulizer kit, protective shield barrier (acrylic) for five tables and a medical refrigerator.

In appreciation of the RCNT’s efforts, Mayor Aquino has awarded them a certificate of recognition as a token.

“Thank you so much Rotary Club,” Mayor Aquino said. “Thank you so much for these wonderful donations from the Rotary Club of Northern Tarlac,” she added.
