The municipal government of Moncada through its Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office received the GAWAD KALASAG SEAL on November 28, 2024 at Laus Group Event Centre, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
This year, Moncada is one of four municipalities in the province of Tarlac to receive the prestigious Beyond Compliant Seal, recognizing the local government unit’s exceptional efforts in disaster response, going above and beyond the standard requirements.
