Members of the Moncada DRRM Council hold its 3-day training for LDRRM Plan Formulation on October 7-9, 2024 at Elliannah Pines Hotel Baguio with the help and guidance of the resource speakers from Office of the Civil Defense Region 3.
The LDRRMP is the strategic road map to attain resilience against disasters a d attuned with the National DRRM Framework (NDRRMF) and priorities if the National DRRM Plan (NDRRMP).
It provides detailed information on LGU Moncada’s assessment of hazards, exposure, vulnerabilities, capacities, and the goals, objectives, outcomes, action plans, and mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation for the four DRRM thematic areas: disaster prevention and mitigation; disaster preparedness; disaster response; and disaster rehabilitation and recovery.
