Aringin Highschool and Moncada LGU led the flag raising and wreath laying ceremony in commemoration of the noblest deeds and unparalleled heroism of our National Hero – Dr. Jose P. Rizal. In attendance are local officials and employees spearheaded by Mayor Estelita Aquino, Vice Mayor Jaime Duque and SB Members. Also present are the delegates from various public schools, members of the Liga ng mga Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan, PNP, CSOs and NGOs.
