Responding to an urgent call from Barangay Captain Ganzagan of Ablang-Sapang, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), led by Engr. Efren M. Ramirez, quickly planned the rescue, gathered equipment and immediately proceeded to Barangay Ablang-Sapang to rescue residents stranded by the sudden rise of floodwaters, ensuring their safe evacuation and relocation to higher ground.
