LOOK | DPWH Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office Conducts Oplan Balik Eswela at SRES

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Tarlac 1st District Engineering Office conducted an outreach program entitled “Oplan Balik Eskwela” at San Roque Elementary School earlier this morning.
The engineering office, led by Engr. Neil C. Farala, provided complete set of school supplies to the students of the said school including health kits, umbrella (for girls) and raincoats (for boys).
Vice Mayor Ramon Benito M. Aquino gave his words of appreciation during his message and encouraged the learners to study well for their future.
Meanwhile, other personalities present were: Dr. Rhea B. Madamba, PSDS of Moncada North District; Mr. Ryan Enong, Head Teacher; school teachers, and Brgy. Officials.
