The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Moncada has once again proven its dedication to excellence in public service, securing its sixth Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) on December 10, 2024, at the Tent City, Manila Hotel.
The SGLG, often referred to as the “gold standard” for local governance, is awarded to LGUs that excel in financial administration, disaster preparedness, social protection, peace and order, business friendliness, environmental protection, tourism, heritage, and culture, sustainable education and youth development.
“Ito ang pinakamagandang regalo na maibibgay natin sa ating mga kababayan, ang maayos na pamamahala. Kaya sisiguraduhin ng ating lokal na pamahalaan na magpapatuloy ito,” Mayor Aquino said.
Moncada’s consecutive wins reflect its pledge and actions to achieving sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
