Moncada Men’s Volleyball Team cruised through the first set before surviving a thrilling second-set battle against San Jose, 2-0.
Moncada made quick work of the opening set, controlling the pace from the start and keeping San Jose at bay.
The second set, however, turned into a tight contest. San Jose reached 23 points first, putting Moncada under pressure. The Moncada side responded with timely attacks and composed defense, chasing down San Jose’s lead before eventually closing out the set and completing the straight-set win.
