A GESTURE OF COMPASSION

Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, along with Councilor Thelmaflor A. Espejo and PCInsp Palmyra D. Guardaya, COP, visited the Tarlac Provincial Jail to distribute 50 pieces folding bed among inmates and P5,000.00 pesos cash assistance handed by Coun. Espejo to female inmates. Indeed, in her own simple ways, our “Star” sheds a light of hope to people in the midst of darkness and despair. A true gesture of Compassion.
