The 12th Municipal Council of Moncada held its inaugural session on July 8, 2025, Tuesday.
The Council adopted its Internal Rules of Procedure, paving the way for efficient parliamentary proceedings. They also granted authority to Mayor RB Aquino to receive a patient transport vehicle from the PCSO, enhancing emergency capability of the RHU and MDRRMO in transporting patients to and from health facilities.
Furthermore, the Sanggunian approved a contract with educational institutions to continue the LGU scholarship program that will benefit a lot of indigent but deserving students who aspire to finish college degrees.
Vice Mayor Jessie E. Aquino and all members of the Council were present during the inaugural session.
