The Local Government Unit of Moncada, Tarlac proudly joins the National Celebration of Safer Internet Day 2026 with the theme:
“Ikaw, Ako, Tayo: Konektado at Protektado sa OSAEC at CSAEM.”
In line with this nationwide initiative, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), headed by Mildred G. Arciaga, RSW, in collaboration with the Moncada PNP, led by PMAJ JIM R. GAMBOA, conducted an information dissemination activity for the students of MONCADA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.
The activity aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM), promote responsible digital citizenship, and empower students to become responsible and vigilant digital users. This initiative reflects the LGU’s strong commitment to child protection and to creating a safer online environment for the youth of Moncada.
