FREE Motorcycle Road Safety Seminars on July 22, 2018

TO ALL MONCADENIANS!

The Motorcycle Philippines Federation (McPF) and Tarlac Motorcycle Riders Federation (TMF) in coordination with the Land Transportation Office (LTO), in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Moncada launched a campaign for FREE Motorcycle Road Safety seminars on July 22, 2018 (Sunday) 8 am to 5 pm @ Moncada Public Plaza. The said seminar is open to all motorcycle users. This was made possible due to an alarming increase of accidents among young people driving without license and lack of basic knowledge of handling motorcycles.
