Hermie T. Franciso, a former on-the-job trainee of LGU Moncada took his oath before Mayor Estelita M Aquino, as the new Sanggunian Kabataan Secretary of San Roque.
After his oathtaking, he promised to do his best in providing an excellent service to the council and to the youth of San Roque.
