Forum on Solo Parent Welfare Act ( RA 11861) and Orientation of Parent Effectiveness Service

In line with the celebration of Women’s Month, the Municipal Government of Moncada, in partnership with MSWDO, conducted the Forum on Solo Parent Welfare Act ( RA 11861) and Orientation of Parent Effectiveness Service on March 3, 2023.
