First Monday Flag Ceremony | September 04, 2023

In celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Month, the municipal government of Moncada conducted the First Monday Flag Raising Ceremony.
This activity aims to promote and celebrate everyone’s effort as public servants.
Dr. Rhea B. Madamba, Moncada North District PSDS, talked about adaptability and resiliency in public service.
Moreover, Hon. Calvin C. Sardia, Kabayan Partylist Representative, highlighted the support that the partylist has given to the municipality.
Mayor Estelita M. Aquino expressed her thanks and gratitude to everyone who exerted their efforts for the success of the event.
