ENRIQUE HENRY M. COJUANGCO MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL – Emergency and Out-Patient Department is now OPEN to serve the People of the First District of Tarlac located in Brgy. San Julian, Moncada, Tarlac.

This project, originally the brainchild of the late Congressman Henry Cojuangco, has materialized through the combined efforts of Cong. Charlie O. Cojuangco, the Department of Health thru its HFEP Projects, Governor Susan A. Yap and Mayor Estelita Aquino of Moncada LGU
