On November 23, 2016 at about 9:00 in the morning, personnel of Moncada Police Station under the direct supervision of PCINSP EDISON C PASCASIO, COP, conducted Culminating Activity of the Second Batch of Bahay Pagbabago Reformation Center at Barangay Camangaan West, Moncada, Tarlac. The eighty five (85) drug reformist successfully completed the one (1) month Reformatory Program of the PNP dubbed as “BALIK LOOB PROGRAM” .
