CRFBS and Farmers Field School

On July 19, 2022, the Department of Agriculture Regional Office III, with the Moncada Agriculture and Local Government Unit of Moncada conducted an orientation to the farmers of Capaoayan, Moncada, Tarlac for the CRFBS and Farmers Field School which will teach the farmers in adapting to new technical and innovative ways of crop farming.
