The Cabugao LGU of Ilocos Sur led by their Municipal Mayor, Hon. Josh Edward S. Cobangbang, visited Moncada on August 13, 2022 to benchmark on our best practices on Solid Waste Management and Material Recovery Facility, partnership between barangays and LGU and the Market Management System.
Municipal Councilor Thelmaflor A. Espejo and Wilma Balgos, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer welcomed the visitors.
