BREAKING: Moncada bags the 2018 Seal of Good Local Governance award

The LGU will be conferred with the award for two years in a row now. This has become possible through the unfaltering efforts of the LGU officials and employees in elevating the quality of service a notch above the conventional ways. The award emboldens good governance and transparency enshrined in the LGU’s mandate to champion excellence in public service. This would not be possible without the unwavering support and dedication from the entire local government workforce and officials led by Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, Vice Mayor Jaime O. Duque, the Sangguniang Bayan members, department heads and stakeholders from the National Government Agencies, NGOs and CSOs.
