Barangays Calapan and Villa in Moncada, Tarlac achieved DRUG CLEARED STATUS.

The simple awarding held on April 23, 2019 was attended by Mayor Estelita Aquino, PMAJ Milo V. Abriam of Moncada MPS, Municipal Councilors, Intelligence Officers from PDEA, MLGOO Aimee L. Tavisora, ABC Pres and Barangay Captains of the recipient barangays.
