Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) Training

The Municipal Government of Moncada headed by Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, in collaboration with the DILG and PNP conducted the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) Training, today at the Public Auditorium.
Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) are community-based organizations in the Philippines that aim to maintain peace and order in the barangay or village level. These teams are composed of volunteers who are trained to respond to various situations that may threaten the safety and security of the community.
As per Mayor Aquino, The training of BPATs is crucial for several reasons: strengthening community safety; enhancing law enforcement; building community resilience; and, it empowers volunteerism.
