As we conclude the celebration of our 3rd MONCADA KAMOTE FESTIVAL—the Sweetest Festival in Tarlac—and National Arts Month this February 2026, Moncada presents a literal ‘Ani ng Sining’ (Harvest of the Arts).
Our #IliLikhaMoncada theme has honored the artistry in our traditions — celebrating the hard-working farmers who nurture our land and the golden harvest that fuels our imagination. From the intricate choreography of our dancers to the craftsmanship of our Bahay-kubo and festival floats, every detail has been a tribute to the roots that sustain us.
From farm to stage, we have witnessed how our humble harvest can be turned into a grand masterpiece!
But the celebration of our identity doesn’t stop here. Keep your eyes peeled as we prepare for another milestone… This coming May 2026, we cultivate our roots further for National Heritage Month and Moncada’s 152nd Municipal Founding Anniversary celebration with our very own kailyan, MON-MON.
