The “ALPAS COOK FEST” competition is open to all bona fide resident of Moncada. (Just bring one valid ID and Barangay Certificate during the application)
May or may not have culinary background but must be knowledgeable on how to cook and create basic dishes, pastries, appetizers, and desserts.
Registration forms will be available starting on June 15, 2023 from 8:00am to 5:00pm at SB-ABC-SK Hall (First Floor).
