Advance Birthday Party WITH LEARNERS & STAFF OF MONCADA NORTH CENTRAL ELEM. SCHOOL (JUNE 13, 2018)

Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, with her staff, held an advance birthday party with the learners and teaching staff of Moncada North Central Elementary School. A simple way of giving back to the people the bountiful accomplishments of Moncada, a progress rooted from unity and peace, good governance and harmony in the municipality.
