The 11th Sangguniang Bayan has adjourned its session “sine die” or without definite date of resumption to give way for the inauguration of the incoming 12th Sangguniang Bayan.
During their session, the Secretary rendered them a term report of their accomplishments for legislative term 2022-2025 under the leadership of Vice Mayor Ramon Benito “RB” M. Aquino. Afterwhich, the incumbent and newly-elected members, together with incoming Vice Mayor Jessie E. Aquino, were apprised of their duties and functions as legislators during an orientation-seminar prepared by the SB Secretariat.
In closing, the Sangguniang Bayan led a recognition ceremony for the outgoing local officials, as follows:

Coun. George Michael P. Aguilar
Outgoing Vice Mayor and Mayor-Elect:

Hon. Estelita M. Aquino
The foregoing officials delivered their respective concluding speeches and expressed hope for a brighter, more progressive and more beautiful Moncada as it enters a new era of leadership. ####
