Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, President of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) Tarlac Chapter graced the accountancy week celebration of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Tarlac Chapter. She was invited as one of the guest inspirational speakers in view of her professional background as a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant(CPA) before becoming the town’s Municipal Mayor
