The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of LGU Moncada, Tarlac, successfully conducted a program on March 10, 2026, at ABC Hall, focused on the formulation of the Comprehensive Barangay Juvenile Intervention Program (CBJIP).
The event featured by Sir Reyman Bimeda, RSW from PSWDO, who served as the expert resource speaker. The MSWDO actively coordinated with MLGOO sir Bryan Rivera to include 37 barangay secretaries as participants. The program was also attended by the LCPC Committee and MSWDO staff, headed by Ma’am Mildred G. Arciaga.
This initiative reflects LGU Moncada’s commitment to actively strengthening barangay-level programs for children at risk and in conflict with the law, ensuring a proactive and structured approach to youth development and protection.
