In an unprecedented milestone, the Sangguniang Bayan of Moncada was conferred the Top 5 Most Outstanding Sanggunian in the Province of Tarlac under the Component City-First Class-Second Class Municipality category of the 2025 Enhanced Local Legislative Award: Tatak ng Kahusayan Tarlak.
The Sanggunian also received two special distinctions: the Magbanyuhay Pillar Award and the Makabago Award 
For decades, the Sangguniang Bayan has served as the quiet pillar and strongest backbone that supports the initiatives of the Chief Executive, advancing the programs, projects, and activities of the Local Government Unit for the general welfare of the people.
