Your blood is a very vital gift to extend and save the life of those in need. The success of this noble activity wouldn’t be possible without the initiative and support of Philippine Red Cross Tarlac Chapter, LGU of 
Moncada Tarlac thru Hon. Mayor Estelita M. Aquino, the barangay council of San Julian, thru Brgy Kap. Juan Corpuz and BHWs. Assistance was also extended by DOH, thru Mam Maria Noel Borneo-lim, PHO, thru Mam Malou (Maria Lourdes Ibanez Coballes), Provincial Blood coordinator, our MHO, Dr. Peter Louie Tamayo, PHNs, Mam Dulce Amor Aquino and Mam Glenda Rosario Rugnao, Our RHMs – Ms. Marilou Santiago Quindara, our main organizers, Ms. Nida Grande, NDP in charge, Ms. Suzelle Toralba and the rest of deployed HRH. Though our collective team efforts, we were able to exceed the target number of blood donors, and ended up with 148% accomplishment for the first ever barangay based mass blood donation.
