Get ready for a colorful ride! The 9th Kanlahi Grand Float Parade showcases Tarlac’s municipalities at their best.
The float of Moncada depicts the colorful celebration of the Kamote Festival, a one-of-a-kind celebration of the bountiful harvest of Sweet Potato in the Municipality. It also includes the Don Benito Wine, a famous thirst quencher made from the fundamental root crop.
In front of the Float is the official logo of Kamote Festival inspired from the official festival song of Moncada – Kay Ganda Mo, Moncada with the lyrics… “iindak sa musika, sisigaw pa sa saya. Kailyan, halika na, sabay-sabay hahataw na!”
The float also showcases the world-famous and historic La Jota Moncadeña. Bida Ka! Angat Ka! Kaya Ganda Mo, Moncada!
