The 12th Sangguniang Bayan of Moncada, led by Vice Mayor Jessie E. Aquino, unanimously approved two urgent health and safety measures during its 25th Regular Session on June 23, 2026.
The Council passed Resolution No. 2026-12-061, authorizing Mayor Ramon Benito M. Aquino to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Provincial Government of Tarlac’s Drug Recovery Clinic and Drug Testing Laboratory for the continuous implementation of the LGU’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy through mandatory and random drug testing for all local government personnel.
Additionally, the body approved Resolution No. 2026-12-062, which empowers the local chief executive to sign a Deed of Donation with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to secure a new Patient Transport Vehicle, aimed at boosting Moncada’s emergency medical response and patient mobility capabilities
