The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office III announces the schedule of mobile services in Zambales, Bulacan, Tarlac, and Aurora.

Applicants are required to register online via https://online.prc.gov.ph/ in order to secure an appointment prior to proceeding to the said mobile service venues.

For Petition for Change of Registered Name/Status due to Marriage or Correction of Entries/Data, online appointment is not required.

b. Certification/Authentication (1 piece per copy)

c. Examination Application
