As the incumbent SK Chairperson of Barangay Calapan, Hon. Erven B. Prado steps into the MSKF presidency with a strong foundation in youth leadership, having previously served as the federationโs Vice President.
With this leadership transition, the youth of Moncada can look forward to a tenure grounded by steadfast commitment to meeting their needs through meaningful public service.
